COP26 Explained is an official information document published by the UK Presidency. It consists of an introduction about the conference, a note from Boris Johnson (Prime Minister of the United Kingdom) and Alok Sharma (COP26 President), reflections on the Paris Agreement, and key goals that have been set to be achieved.

Groups

The COP26 Coalition is a civil society coalition made of groups and individuals from a range of constituencies in Scotland and the rest of the UK, including trade unions, direct action networks, climate justice groups, environment and development NGOs, faith groups, students and youth, migrant and racial justice networks. They are organising a ‘People’s Summit’ that can be joined in person or online. Find tickets and information here.
