Join us for an evening of readings by award winning poets whose work addresses issues of energy and the environment, as we draw upon art to explore some of the most pressing concerns of our time.
Rebecca Sharp’s recent collection Rough Currency (Tapsalteerie) explores our entanglements with fossil fuels and the oil industry.
Janette Ayachi’s Hand Over Mouth Music won the Saltire Poetry Book of the Year Award in 2019; she will also be reading from new work exploring landscape, culture and human connection
John Bolland’s Pibroch is a poetry collection and spoken word performance exploring parallels between the Climate Emergency and the Piper Alpha disaster.
